What you will do
- Lead project management for a large-scale console game, driving planning and execution against milestones and deliverables.
- Partner with Product, Creative, and Game leadership to translate goals into achievable development plans.
- Manage project scope, capacity, resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and forecasts.
- Coordinate dependencies across internal teams, external partners, and co-development studios.
- Improve workflows, processes, and organizational structures for effective delivery at scale.
- Provide studio leadership with visibility into project health, priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading production, development management, or project management for large-scale AAA console or PC game development.
- Experience guiding complex game projects through multiple development stages, ideally through launch.
- Strong expertise managing schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and scope across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks and make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across creative, technical, product, and production disciplines.
- Experience working with distributed teams, co-development partners, outsourcing, or external vendors.

- Experience coordinating development across multiple studios or international teams.
- Experience establishing or significantly evolving production processes in a growing or changing studio.
- Experience with portfolio-level capacity planning, resource management, or production forecasting.
