Location: Leixlip, Ireland, with Dublin also listed; travel required 20% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.
Salary: €120,000–€165,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do
- Lead a large, multi-layered customer-facing field service and support organisation through managers and senior leaders.
- Drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, service excellence, and workforce effectiveness across the site.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and ensure delivery against evolving service commitments.
- Lead the transition toward a scalable, service-centric operating model and implement organisational transformation.
- Develop leaders, strengthen succession readiness, and build organisational capability.
- Partner with regional and global leaders while using performance data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 15+ years of relevant leadership experience.
- Significant experience leading managers and leaders in complex operational, engineering, manufacturing, field service, or technology environments.
- Demonstrated success in organisational transformation, business change, and customer-facing executive relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, engineering services, or a similar complex operational environment is advantageous.
