Frontend Developer (Vue/React)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid

Salary: from €3,000 gross per month, plus a performance bonus of up to 10% of the base salary paid twice a year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain features for a multi-project, highly scalable CMS used across ESET’s global web platforms.
• Build modern frontend applications with Vue/Nuxt and React/Next, including reusable UI components and shared design-system elements.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with a focus on security and performance.
• Integrate AI tools, including custom assistants and chatbots, into user experiences and internal workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Vue/Nuxt and React/Next, with experience building scalable component-based applications.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, modular frontend applications, web performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript patterns, Vite or Webpack, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Good English communication skills at B2+ level.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, take ownership, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating AI-based solutions such as chatbots, agents, or MCP servers.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-based development environments.
• Experience creating design systems or frontend architecture for multi-brand projects.
• PHP and Laravel experience.
• Experience with automated component and unit testing using Vitest or Jest.
