Location: Hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do
- Manage the delivery of Professional Services projects.
- Maintain a regional dashboard of active projects and prepare ad hoc reports.
- Coordinate resource onboarding with Professional Services, Contingent Workforce, IT, and Environment Access teams.
- Create and maintain resource rosters.
- Track project timesheets and reconcile them with invoicing data.
- Support accurate client billing and payments to third-party contractors.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in delivery or project management within a Professional Services or Consulting PMO.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with project and communication management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, Clari, OpenAir, MS Office, or Smartsheet is desired.
