Senior Consulting Engineer

Location: Remote in Italy; willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects from inception through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, technical requirements, and challenges.
• Conduct technical assessments and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Design, architect, implement, configure, and troubleshoot solutions across client environments.
• Work with sales, product development, and customer success to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Develop technical documentation, training sessions, and workshops, while mentoring junior consulting engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a similar role with successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
• Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in client environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Based in Italy and willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
