Digital Experience Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Local Office (Madrid, Spain)

Salary: €26,400–€44,486 per year, plus potential performance-based compensation and equity participation.

What you will do

• Manage UX implementation, content publishing, and digital projects for the Support portal and Identity University.
• Partner with developers and digital agencies to create, test, and deploy branded web assets and content updates.
• Optimize customer journeys, information architecture, accessibility, and task success across digital properties.
• Establish scalable agile processes covering wireframes, stakeholder alignment, builds, QA, project intake, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate Customer Experience, Support, Customer Success, analytics, systems administration, and technical stakeholders.
• Use analytics, UX research, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX production, content publishing, digital experience management, website management, or digital project management, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional UX and digital projects involving design, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, wireframing, human-centered planning, enterprise CMS platforms, and modern web technologies.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors, digital agencies, and front-end developers.
• Ability to use web analytics such as Google Analytics to make decisions and communicate insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation of design and project decisions.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with technical training platforms, LMS products, and customer support portals.
• Knowledge of SEO, WCAG accessibility standards, and AI-enabled digital journey optimization.
