Business Success Team Assistant (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work model

Salary: €1,500–€1,800 gross per month

What you will do

• Enter merchant information and verify that all required documents are present.
• Support daily Business Success Team operations and complete assigned tasks.
• Track deadlines and monitor the progress of current projects.
• Assist with merchant requests and transaction-related queries.
• Prepare presentations, reports, internal regulatory documents, and other materials.
• Submit requested information and progress updates on time.

Requirements

• Education in banking, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Good proficiency in English and Russian is required for customer communication.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Previous experience or an internship in a similar role, preferably in financial services, is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Latvian.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
