Business Success Team Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Provide timely merchant support and resolve operational issues.
• Take ownership of merchants after onboarding, ensuring a smooth operational launch and continued growth.
• Analyse transaction flows, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements.
• Maintain accurate merchant data and resolve inconsistencies independently.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities based on merchant business needs.
• Follow merchant-related issues through to resolution while collaborating across the business.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in financial services.
• Good proficiency in English and Russian is required for communication with English-speaking and Russian-speaking customers.
• Customer-centric mindset, stress resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
• Education in banking, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
