Human Resources Specialist (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Manage employee records, day-to-day people operations, and administrative workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2+ years of hands-on HR experience combining talent acquisition with broader people operations or generalist work.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring funnels and using modern ATS and HR management platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

• Experience in mobile gaming, technology, or a fast-paced startup environment.
