Senior Service Manager

What you will do

• Lead operational performance across the Sydney Metro region and ensure customer commitments, service levels, and targets are achieved.
• Direct, coach, mentor, and performance-manage Field Service Managers while building succession plans and leadership capability.
• Manage executive customer relationships, business reviews, service contract performance, and major partner issues.
• Review regional financial performance, improve contract profitability, and optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, and technician utilization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Digital Transformation, and Support on renewals, deployments, product launches, and strategic customer initiatives.
• Lead safety, compliance, quality assurance, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior management role.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial competence, including budget management and operational cost optimization.
• Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and resource optimization.
• Experience with safety, regulatory adherence, quality assurance, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence.
