Salary: 20,800 EGP net per month plus a 1,100 EGP overnight allowance

What you will do

  • Provide professional technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good computer and technical skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight shifts.
  • Previous technical support or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
