Associate Consultant (AI-Powered Process Automation)

Salary: €25,000–€75,000 per year, plus a possible discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Construct, implement, and deploy custom process-centric business applications using hirify.global's low-code platform.
• Analyze client strategies and operations to design technical solutions for complex workflow inefficiencies.
• Apply design thinking to create functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
• Integrate enterprise applications, business intelligence, and knowledge management capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects.

Requirements

• Fluent English and French for professional client-facing communication.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, economics, mathematics, or a related technical or analytical field.
• Foundational knowledge of computer systems or programming logic, or a demonstrated interest in emerging software technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate strategies into process workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
• Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting, including internships, research, capstones, or part-time employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or team-based activities.
• Fluency in AI and large language models, including AI platform development and practical AI tool usage.
