Business Analyst (Presales)

Location: Hybrid in Minsk, Belarus

What you will do

• Develop presales content, including presentations, white papers, success stories, overview materials, and analytical reports.
• Conduct market and company-specific research to identify potential client challenges and opportunities.
• Translate research findings into structured professional documents and presentation materials.
• Present presales materials to clients, including C-level stakeholders, and communicate complex insights and solution value.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align messaging and solution positioning.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in presales activities and a strong understanding of presales preparation processes.
• Experience creating expert content, presentations, analytical reports, and project overview materials.
• Ability to structure complex information and explain solution value from the customer’s perspective.
• Experience with BPMN and UML.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

• Experience documenting completed projects.
• Experience collaborating with commercial teams.
• Experience across multiple industries and different types of client requests.
• International professional certifications such as PSPO or PSM.
