Minimum salary: €2,509 gross per month; market-oriented compensation is stated to be significantly higher.

What you will do

• Develop HR processes and talent solutions with HR and IT teams using modern technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert and help global HR colleagues use talent systems effectively.
• Translate HR community needs into practical system and process improvements.
• Coordinate incidents, maintain documentation, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to enhancement projects by analysing requirements, aligning stakeholders, testing solutions, coordinating training, and supporting go-live activities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience with HR processes and HR technology projects in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of talent-related HR processes.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across HR and other departments, from entry level to management.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple topics and timelines with a curious, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI projects.
• German language skills.
