Product Marketing Manager (Fintech, B2B)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite, remote, or hybrid work at the employer's location.

Salary: Up to $4,000 gross per month.

B2B fintech company of approximately 60 people providing platform and technology services for banks, fintechs, payment providers, and regulated financial institutions.

What you will do

• Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Research customers and markets, including ICPs, personas, and win/loss analysis.
• Develop competitive intelligence and battlecards.
• Plan and execute product launches.
• Create sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and case studies.
• Support product content, customer stories, pricing and packaging, adoption, and cross-sell/upsell initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Solutions Marketing within B2B technology.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, SaaS/cloud products, KYC/AML, and payment flows.
• Excellent written English and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset focused on pipeline, win rates, and revenue.
• Ability to work onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid format from Minsk.
