Data Engineer (Python)

Salary range: HUF 16,150,000–18,000,000

What you will do

• Establish data feeds with custodian banks, data vendors, and other service providers.
• Automate and centralize existing data integration processes.
• Evaluate APIs and build pipelines to fetch, transform, and integrate data.
• Manipulate and migrate investment data into the internal platform using proprietary tools.
• Support leadership, clients, and the Data Team with analyses and data-driven answers.
• Collaborate with teams across the firm to deliver data integration and analysis tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or Financial Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with practical experience using both.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet reporting deadlines, and remain flexible with assignments.
• Ability and interest in tackling new or complex problems with modern tools and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and AI-driven development.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Airflow, or GCP.
