What you will do

  • Maintain and update employee data across spreadsheets and HRIS.
  • Build and manage tracking sheets for People Operations paperwork.
  • Organize employment documents and keep records audit-ready, including WLKP, WLFK, and E-PKWT paperwork.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration, including onboarding preparation and probation monitoring.
  • Assist with data reconciliation, reporting, and ad-hoc People Operations tasks.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; backgrounds in HR, Management, Business, or Psychology are beneficial.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, including familiarity with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, IMPORTRANGE, IF, and similar formulas.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ownership, reliability, proactivity, and timely follow-through.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
  • Availability for a six-month contract in a hybrid Jakarta-based role.

Nice to have

  • Prior administration or data-related internship experience.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or automation tools.
