What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct routine wellness appointments, chronic care visits, and urgent visits.
• Practice autonomously while focusing on patient outcomes rather than production volume.
• Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
