Lead Reconciliation Implementation Associate

What you will do

• Establish reconciliation processes and thresholds for client investment books during onboarding.
• Back reconcile, normalize, and automate investment data using scalable operating models.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and design automated reconciliation workflows.
• Analyze third-party data, validate accuracy, and monitor discrepancies involving safekeeping institutions and order management systems.
• Apply investment accounting knowledge across financial statements, amortization, interest income, yields, fixed income, and equity investments.
• Communicate implementation progress, issues, and risks to Stream Leads and Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial instruments.
• Strong Microsoft Office, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and mathematical abilities.
