HR Manager (Cashew)

Location: Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire; onsite support for processing plants, factories, offices, and commercial operations

What you will do

• Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to business leaders in the cashew business.
• Align workforce plans with business objectives and lead recruitment for operational, technical, and managerial roles.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, investigations, grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, payroll-related activities, promotions, merit increases, and organizational changes.
• Ensure effective HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with Côte d'Ivoire labor laws, statutory requirements, and collective agreements.
• Track HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and recruitment effectiveness to support workforce optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HR leadership or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong experience with employee relations and labor law matters.
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, FMCG, or commodity businesses is preferred.
• Bilingual prhirify.globalciency in English and French is required.
