What you will do

  • Process IT purchase requests and invoices against approved budgets and established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate spend data across projects, suppliers, functions, and categories.
  • Review financial transactions for correct coding, accuracy, and required approvals.
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate routine discrepancies and data issues.
  • Support the maintenance of the financial management framework for IT spending.
  • Partner with IT Finance, Project Managers, and CIO Office stakeholders to maintain financial information and improve tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting.
  • Experience managing daily and monthly priorities with strong time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Concur and D365 financial systems.
