TL;DR
Learning College Lead (Security, Risk and Controls) (Learning and Knowledge Management): Building and scaling learning and knowledge solutions for ASML’s Security, Risk and Controls competence area with an accent on portfolio strategy, technical training, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on designing learning solutions, measuring business impact with data, and continuously improving media-rich training ecosystems.

What you will do
- Own the learning and knowledge portfolio strategy, roadmap, deployment, and continuous improvement for Security, Risk and Controls.
- Translate business needs and change initiatives into practical learning solutions, including technical training and learning materials.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery, maintenance, quality, participation, timelines, and budgets for large learning and knowledge solutions.
- Analyze learning needs, design solutions, implement training, and evaluate whether learning gaps have been closed.
- Manage learning budgets and external vendor engagements while collaborating with business sponsors, stakeholders, academies, and subject-matter experts.
- Monitor effectiveness through KPIs, metrics, impact evaluation, and return-on-investment reporting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of relevant Learning and Development experience in complex, technical environments.
- Strong experience managing learning and knowledge solutions, portfolios, roadmaps, budgets, and delivery end to end.
- Experience with metadata-driven learning ecosystems, LMS/TCD, Kaltura or similar video platforms, SharePoint metadata/TMS, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, or SMT.
- Experience with media-rich learning and studio/AV workflows, including video, animation, web lectures, VR, or 3D.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
Nice to have
- Experience with virtual classrooms, hardware setups, software simulations, AI, escape rooms, or other modern learning methodologies.
- Knowledge of academy portfolio management and learning development methods.
