What you will do

  • Manage pharmaceutical, vaccine, medical-supply, and cold-chain storage in line with IRC, national, international, donor, and Ministry of Health standards.
  • Coordinate receiving, dispatch, replenishment, documentation, and reporting for medicines, vaccines, Contribution in Kind items, and other warehouse materials.
  • Maintain stock cards, bin cards, warehouse registers, asset records, inventory systems, waybills, delivery reports, and distribution documentation.
  • Conduct monthly physical inventories, cycle counts, spot checks, stock rotation, asset verification, and loss or damage reporting.
  • Support health teams with vaccine forecasts, micro-plans, medical data, field-site replenishment, and product-quality follow-up.
  • Train storekeepers, vaccinators, health officers, and logistics staff on warehouse procedures, FIFO/FEFO rotation, safety, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in humanitarian health supply chain, warehousing, inventory, or asset management.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management, medical supply chains, cold-chain procedures, and warehouse documentation.
  • Experience with supply-chain policies, SOPs, donor guidelines, training, mentoring, and work in areas with weak infrastructure.
  • Ability to work under extreme hardship conditions, tight deadlines, and in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Advanced professional certification in health supply-chain management or emergency-response management.
  • Good working knowledge of Arabic.
  • Experience working with diverse donor portfolios and donor-specific asset requirements.
