What you will do
- Direct and coordinate high-quality animations and promotional videos throughout the production cycle.
- Maintain consistent animation quality and creative standards across projects.
- Interpret animation briefs and feedback, then conceptualize and produce animations.
- Contribute to creative production from concept through post-production and respond to remote direction.
- Collaborate with the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director or Lead on gaming products.
- Continuously develop new animation concepts and improve creative output.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial art environment using relevant animation tools.
- Advanced knowledge of 2D and 3D animation principles and techniques.
- High proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya.
- Strong English communication skills and adaptive communication style.
