Game Operations Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and complete game releases and content updates across multiple environments.
• Manage game configurations, including metadata, feature settings, stakes, and environment-specific parameters.
• Coordinate routine updates, patches, hotfixes, and release windows with minimal disruption to live environments.
• Coordinate market onboarding and operator integrations, including structured testing and launch readiness.
• Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, resolving configuration and integration issues with internal teams.
• Monitor live operational processes and improve workflows, efficiency, and release quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in game operations, content distribution, release coordination, or a similar technical or operational role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
• High attention to detail, independent ownership, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to support release windows and resolve operational blocking issues when required.
• Familiarity with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and operational systems.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems.
