What you will do

• Conduct equity factor research integrating financial theory with statistical rigor.
• Develop research that powers new equity analytics products.
• Contribute to thought leadership through research innovation and publishing.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and sales teams.
• Present complex systems and methods to broad audiences.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in finance, physics, mathematics, statistics, operations research, economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.
• Solid foundation in econometrics and applied statistics.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects from design through delivery.
