What you will do
- Receive and process purchase orders, invoices, expense forms, and payment requests.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports with balances.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Allocate expenses to accounts and cost centers and record accounting entries.
- Maintain organized accounting and finance document filing systems.
- Schedule and prepare payments using the payment tracker.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Up to two years of experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Data entry and information management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Logical, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and work with minimal supervision.

- ACA or ACCA qualification.
