Technical Support Engineer (OT and IoT Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide post-sales break-fix support, consulting, and technical issue resolution.
• Support infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization.
• Work with customers and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain expertise across the product line and relevant technologies.
• Reproduce customer issues in a lab before escalating them internally.
• Create and update knowledge-base content and provide enhanced support for critical accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer role.
• Experience with network security in support, design, consulting, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization, scripting, API integrations, networking, security protocols, and applications.
• Experience installing, configuring, and operating security appliances in large, complex environments.
• Knowledge of information security principles, FreeBSD, and PostgreSQL, with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Working proficiency in written and spoken English, a degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, and experience with ICS security projects.
