TL;DR
Off-Page SEO Outreach Specialist (Healthcare Technology): Building authoritative backlink profiles and digital PR campaigns for healthcare and technology clients with an accent on topical relevance, ethical link acquisition, and publisher relationship management. Focus on researching high-quality link opportunities, analyzing competitors and backlink profiles, and measuring referring-domain growth, placement rates, and organic visibility.

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (hybrid); remote flexibility is available for other cities. Working hours are 12:00 PM–09:00 PM, five days per week.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute off-page SEO and digital PR strategies across multiple healthcare and technology client accounts.
  • Research, qualify, and secure relevant backlinks through guest posting, resource-page outreach, expert contributions, brand-mention reclamation, broken-link building, partnerships, and directory citations.
  • Evaluate publishers and websites using topical relevance, organic traffic, authority, trust signals, link quality, and spam indicators.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis and build personalized relationships with editors, journalists, bloggers, webmasters, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to develop link-worthy research, guides, case studies, statistics, and expert content.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and report on referring domains, link acquisition, response and placement rates, keyword growth, and organic traffic impact.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on off-page SEO or digital PR experience, including ethical acquisition of high-quality backlinks.
  • Experience managing multiple SEO projects or client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong written English, outreach, relationship-building, research, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Hunter.io, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of white-hat SEO, Google Search Essentials, E-E-A-T, and link-quality evaluation.
  • Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini responsibly while keeping outreach authentic and personalized.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, medical, wellness, or health-tech niches.
  • Awareness of healthcare content sensitivities, HIPAA/GDPR considerations, and unsupported medical-claim risks.
  • Digital PR or journalist outreach experience.
  • Basic on-page and technical SEO knowledge.
  • Experience with reporting dashboards and spreadsheets for multi-client tracking.
