Integral Project Leader (Cocoa)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; willingness to travel 20% required

hirify.global supplies cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spice ingredients to food and beverage brands worldwide, with a strong focus on innovation, traceability, sustainability, and cocoa supply-chain development.

What you will do

• Lead innovation projects covering new cocoa product launches and processing technology improvements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, Leadership, and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, clarify responsibilities, track progress, and take corrective action when needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and report project status to the global Cocoa steering committee.
• Support the PMO by developing project-management capabilities, methods, tooling, and steering-committee preparation.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of project-management experience in the B2B food, specialty chemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong innovation-management, product-development, risk-management, planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to act as a credible partner to senior management and translate growth objectives into actions and KPIs.
• Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and basic understanding of ERP, CRM, project-management, and IP-management software.
• Willingness to travel 20% and ability to work with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
