TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer (OT and IoT Cybersecurity): Providing post-sales technical support, consulting, and issue resolution for security platforms protecting operational technology and Internet of Things infrastructures with an accent on network security, infrastructure deployment, and critical-account support. Focus on reproducing customer issues in the lab, troubleshooting complex environments, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to improve solutions.

What you will do

  • Provide post-sales break-fix support, consulting, and technical issue resolution.
  • Support infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization.
  • Coordinate with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain product and technology expertise across the company’s portfolio.
  • Create and update knowledge base content and reproduce customer issues in a lab before escalation.
  • Provide dedicated support for critical accounts and understand their infrastructure and technical environments.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer role.
  • Experience with network security in support, design, consultancy, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization, scripting, API integrations, networking, security protocols, and applications.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and operating security appliances in large, complex environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, presentation, information security, and data privacy skills.
  • Solid working proficiency in written and spoken English; comfortable using FreeBSD and knowledgeable in PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Industrial Control Systems security projects.
