Graduate Technical Support Engineer

Location: Dalian, China; hybrid working environment with in-office and in-person expectations

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers, customer support personnel, and field support staff.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug hirify.global storage products and solutions.
• Investigate hardware, software, networking, and multi-system interoperability issues.
• Analyze perfstat data, packet traces, ASUP logs, and other support-tool outputs.
• Support customers in high-stress or ambiguous technical situations.
• Participate in rotation shifts, on-call standby, or shift changes as required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UNIX, Windows, virtualization, networking administration, or technical support.
• Basic understanding of NFS, CIFS, SAN, RAID, TCP/IP, and networking.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Data ONTAP or E-Series Operating System and solutions based on E-Series or FAS storage systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving, customer service, communication, learning, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese and Japanese; reading and writing English required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
