Requirements/Требования

• Must be located in or eligible to work in United States, Canada (BC & ON), Ireland, United Kingdom, or Mexico City
• For Mexico City: Business-level English fluency and residence in Mexico City or surrounding boroughs required
• Experience managing engineering teams in software development.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven personalization and content management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, global environment.
