What you will do
- Lead content creation for process documentation and knowledge base development.
- Gather, analyze, and document client processes and maintain accurate, user-friendly knowledge bases.
- Manage CMS content, including standard operating procedures, FAQs, job aids, and style guides.
- Advise clients on knowledge management strategies, process improvements, and adoption of best practices.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, business reviews, and cross-functional content initiatives.
- Monitor content performance, conduct quality calibration, and prepare stakeholder reports using office and analytics tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream or a related field.
- C1 English proficiency is mandatory.
- 3–4 years of experience in content creation or content management.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CMS software, MS Excel, analytics tools, and UK/US English style guides.
- Ability to manage client relationships, multiple projects, and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Degree in English literature or journalism.
