Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; in-person collaboration is prioritized

What you will do

  • Lead support, maintenance, and optimization of the SimCorp Dimension platform.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and batch-processing incidents.
  • Maintain the stability, availability, and performance of production environments.
  • Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders.
  • Manage user authorization and access controls in line with governance standards.
  • Coordinate escalations, application enhancements, configuration changes, deployments, upgrades, patches, and release activities.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-level SimCorp Dimension environments.
  • Strong background in application support, incident management, and production operations.
  • Experience in investment management, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
