What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies with hiring managers and the People and Culture team.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Screen candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience through onboarding.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and support the hiring process through completion.
• Monitor labour market trends, ensure recruitment compliance, and report on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in blue-collar and white-collar environments.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
