Salary: Ft10,944,000–Ft16,416,000 per year

What you will do
- Set objectives, manage the regional qualification team, assign activities, and track delivery against the regional hub strategy.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of qualification protocols, reports, and related documentation.
- Monitor workflows, allocate resources, and improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate performance, identify skills gaps, and provide targeted training and development.
- Ensure report issuance complies with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal sites to improve service levels, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of professional experience in qualification and health authority inspections.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or coordinating teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with quality systems such as Veeva or Kneat, plus Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hungarian, or Turkish.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex and changing environments.
