Senior Fullstack Engineer (AdTech)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications powering core products and platforms.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React and backend services with Go.
• Build scalable microservices and event-driven systems in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Drive architecture decisions focused on performance, resiliency, and maintainability.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize production systems while participating in on-call support.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and QA teams on end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong React skills and modern frontend development experience.
• Solid backend experience with Go or a similar language.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-based communication.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• React Native experience for mobile development.
• Experience in gaming, payments, commerce, adtech, or offer monetization platforms.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, AWS, GCP, Azure, ClickHouse, Postgres, or similar technologies.
• Experience with internal platforms or developer-facing tools.
