Senior Product Manager (EdTech)

Location: Auckland, New Zealand; hybrid schedule with office attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Define product strategy by identifying customer pain points, market opportunities, emerging trends, and product success metrics.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
• Own product delivery from strategy through release, including backlog prioritization, delivery cadence, milestones, risks, and roadblocks.
• Partner with product marketing, UX/UI designers, engineers, sales, and customer support to scope solutions, communicate progress, and provide enablement.
• Plan product launches, develop go-to-market materials, monitor performance and user feedback, and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS or edtech environment.
• Strong knowledge of UX, accessibility, and B2C and B2B product growth.
• Proven ability to deliver successful products using product management best practices.
• Strategic thinking, methodical execution, strong communication, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset, initiative, self-motivation, and passion for education.
