TL;DR

What you will do
- Plan, design, optimize, and govern fixed access solutions, including FTTH, FTTx, FWA, point-to-point fibre, and microwave networks.
- Lead end-to-end network deployment and service fulfillment, including feasibility studies, technical surveys, contractor supervision, and service readiness.
- Ensure timely, SLA-compliant service activation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of service quality and customer experience.
- Provide technical input for business cases, CAPEX and OPEX planning, RFPs, RFQs, scopes of work, and vendor evaluations.
- Collaborate with commercial, technology, operations, supply chain, project teams, vendors, contractors, and external partners.
- Monitor service, billing, and operational performance, conduct reconciliations, and prepare reports for revenue assurance and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, ICT, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional ICT experience, including fixed network planning and design, service delivery, and telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience with FTTH, GPON/XGS-PON, and fibre access network planning, design, deployment, and optimization.
- Practical experience with transport networks, IP/MPLS, fixed broadband, service assurance, and customer service delivery.
- Experience preparing technical specifications, business cases, RFPs, RFQs, and scopes of work while working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- ITIL Foundation certification or an equivalent qualification.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SD-WAN, NFV, cloud technologies, network monitoring, capacity planning, and technical documentation.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and multi-vendor telecommunications environments.
