Salary: $149,820–$198,370 USD annual base salary, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade systems and multiple platforms.
- Set technical strategy, engineering standards, design patterns, and long-term platform direction.
- Partner with product, infrastructure, security, and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
- Solve complex challenges involving large-scale data, distributed systems, and cross-domain integrations.
- Champion automation, cloud-native development, and enterprise observability.
- Mentor senior and lead engineers while representing engineering in executive-level planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in modern application architecture, cloud platforms including Azure and AWS, and enterprise systems integration.
- Experience leading complex technical projects with cross-functional impact.
- Extensive experience mentoring senior and lead engineers.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
