Senior Product Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; hybrid

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, goals, and KPIs in line with business objectives.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide product decisions.
• Write product requirements and user stories, and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and growth.
• Prioritize features, balance short-term goals with long-term strategy, and manage trade-offs based on data and user feedback.
• Track post-launch metrics, identify improvements, and gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams to build an intuitive user experience.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working on software for mission-critical products.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Agile product teams.
• Experience in customer development, product definition, feature scoping, and balancing trade-offs.
• Background in engineering, technology, or UX is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize multiple issues.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and team management abilities.
