TL;DR
Frontend Software Engineer (AI) (React/JavaScript/TypeScript): Building and maintaining production-grade frontend applications for an AI-powered customer experience platform with an accent on real-time interfaces, scalable state management, and software quality. Focus on integrating REST APIs and WebSockets, handling event-driven updates through RabbitMQ, and building automated tests with Jest and Playwright.
Location: Hybrid in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia; open to Saudi nationals only

What you will do
- Build and maintain production-grade web applications and reusable frontend components with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Turn product requirements and designs into responsive, intuitive user experiences.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time communication services using WebSockets and Socket.IO.
- Work with event-driven flows and RabbitMQ while handling reconnections, synchronization, duplicate events, stale data, and race conditions.
- Manage server and client state with React Query or TanStack Query and Redux or Redux Toolkit.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to research, implement, debug, test, and refactor code while maintaining quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required; applications from non-Saudi nationals will not be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- 0–2 years of professional frontend development experience with strong JavaScript fundamentals and hands-on React experience.
- Good understanding of TypeScript, React fundamentals, HTML, CSS, responsive design, browser fundamentals, and asynchronous API integration.
- Familiarity with React Query or TanStack Query, Redux or Redux Toolkit, Jest, Playwright, WebSockets or Socket.IO, RabbitMQ, Git, and event-driven systems.
- Ability to debug systematically, write maintainable code, collaborate effectively, and use AI tools to improve software engineering productivity.
