What you will do
- Manage premier enterprise customers across global and regional accounts.
- Support customer onboarding, business reviews, readiness, and training.
- Gather customer requirements and design customized solutions.
- Drive customer quality, oversee escalations, and resolve complex issues.
- Prepare customized reports, develop SOPs, and support specialty products.
- Lead tracking, monitoring, root cause analysis, CAPA oversight, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Four years of customer contact experience.
- Experience with customer relationship management, issue resolution, reporting, and service analysis.
- Must work onsite in Singapore.
