Internship Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development HR (Human Resources)

Location: Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium; onsite internship

hirify.global is an international Belgian family business developing, producing, and distributing ingredients for the bakery, patisserie, and chocolate sectors.

What you will do

• Support daily Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and general HR activities.
• Screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Organize training activities and promote learning opportunities.
• Prepare and update HR documents, presentations, and communication materials.
• Review ways of working and suggest practical process improvements.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a study program throughout the internship.
• Available for at least 3 months during the 2026–2027 or 2027–2028 academic year.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Must hold valid work and residence authorization allowing employment in Belgium.

• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.

Nice to have

• Studies in Human Resources or another relevant field.
• Knowledge of French.
