Location: Okanagan Campus, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada
Salary: $4,836.00–$5,547.00 CAD per month

What you will do
- Provide administrative support for Faculty of Management programs, courses, partnerships, and daily operations.
- Coordinate international partnership activities, including schedules, agendas, materials, rooms, IT support, catering, and follow-up actions.
- Support student engagement activities, Capstone and Career Fundamentals projects, business case challenges, and event committees.
- Track event budgets, liaise with suppliers, recruit and schedule volunteers, and assist with on-site event production.
- Review, update, and publish website, newsletter, presentation, media, and social media content.
- Act as a liaison among faculty, university offices, students, alumni, community partners, and international academic and industry contacts.
Requirements
- Two years of post-secondary education in a relevant discipline.
- Over four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, email, database management, web authoring, web development and design, and Adobe software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, tact, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.
Nice to have
- Project management certificate, coursework, or experience.
- Knowledge of university policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ability to speak and write French.
