LQA Game Tester (French)

Location: Braga, Portugal; fully onsite, 8:00am–5:00pm Portugal business hours

What you will do

• Test localized games across PC, Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation VR2, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Identify spelling, grammar, punctuation, translation, cultural, terminology, imagery, and formatting issues in French localization.
• Check localized content against console manufacturer guidelines and verify dates, calendars, characters, and interface display.
• Log errors and bugs, write reports, suggest improvements, and perform ad hoc translation.
• Collaborate with global multilingual project teams to deliver accurate, consistent, and high-quality game experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is required.
• Conversational English is required.
• Strong cultural understanding of French-speaking language and markets.
• Computer literacy, particularly with Excel, plus strong internet research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and experience using different software, applications, and websites.
• Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate within project teams, and work fully onsite in Braga.
