Location: Hamburg, Germany; practical training is complemented by classes at Berufliche Schule ITECH in Hamburg.

What you will do

• Support IT systems, applications, and technical infrastructure.
• Assist with helpdesk operations and answer users’ IT questions.
• Analyze technical issues by phone and email and develop suitable solutions.
• Work with a ticket system and document incidents clearly.
• Gain practical experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, hardware, and software installation.
• Learn about process and project management while working with an international team.

Requirements

• Secondary school certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification, Abitur, or comparable qualification.
• Interest in IT, technology, and digital topics.
• Enjoyment of understanding problems and developing solutions.
• Good German and English skills required.
• Team spirit, communication skills, and a careful way of working.
