What you will do

• Combine an IT bachelor's degree at the Berufliche Hochschule Hamburg with an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration.
• Support IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and the digital workplace.
• Help administer global infrastructure and cloud services based on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Install and support hardware and software while answering technical questions clearly.
• Work in the helpdesk, analyze errors, and document solutions in the ticket system.
• Gain practical experience in process and project management.

Requirements

• Advanced technical college entrance qualification, Abitur, or a comparable school qualification.
• Interest in IT, digital topics, and technical contexts.
• Enjoyment of solving problems step by step.
• Good German and English skills required.
