TL;DR
Platform Engineer (Full-Stack Generalist) (Python/TypeScript/AI): Developing shared platform libraries, backend services, frontend applications, and AI-enabled solutions with an accent on reusable tooling, testing, and cloud-native integration. Focus on prototyping AI agents, improving developer productivity, validating releases, and resolving production incidents across platform components.
Location: Tunisia, Ariana; in-person collaboration is prioritized

What you will do
- Develop and enhance shared platform libraries and reusable components for applications, services, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build cross-functional features across backend services, frontend applications, and AI agent ecosystems.
- Design unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies to ensure platform reliability.
- Improve developer productivity through local development environments, documentation, debugging tools, and engineering practices.
- Prototype AI agents, user interfaces, forms, and mini-applications using reusable platform tooling and vibecoding frameworks.
- Support releases, deployments, production readiness, incident response, and continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full-stack software development experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with backend and frontend technologies such as FastAPI, Next.js, React, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools such as pytest, Jest, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud-native environments, version control, and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of AI and LLM concepts, including agent architectures, prompt engineering, and external tool integration, plus strong debugging and incident response skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in platform engineering, developer productivity, or internal tooling teams.
- Familiarity with AI agent platforms, orchestration frameworks, and application integration architectures.
- Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, DevOps, or artificial intelligence.
